KEF engineers used advanced tools to reduce sound distortion by fixing resonance in the Uni-Q’s small gaps. This results in clearer and more accurate sound with better imaging.

The new Kef R5 Meta is compact, sleek, and delivers detailed sound and deep bass. It has the 12th generation Uni-Q® driver array with MAT™ and two 5.25” hybrid aluminum bass drivers. It works well as stereo or surround speakers in the R Series home theater system.

The R Series benefits from innovations in The Reference series, known for top-notch speakers and sound quality. With unique tech, the R Series ensures great sound. The new R Series uses revolutionary Metamaterial Absorption Technology1 (MAT™) and improved 12th generation Uni-Q® driver array for exceptional performance.
